Back of House Team Member Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
• Must be 16 years old or older to apply
• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other back of house restaurant jobs is not required, but it is preferred.
